Simple, transparent fees.
Fixed hourly fees, so our first conversation doesn't have to start there. The time of the session is for your questions: a leadership situation, a relationship tension, a professional block.

What does the hourly fee include?
- 60 or 75 minute session (depending on the service)
- Preparation, integrated notes
- E-mail contact between sessions (as needed)
- Continuous professional supervision on my own work
Billing
Simple, transparent billing.
Prices are net, VAT is always added on top. In B2B contexts the full proposal (number of sessions, psychometrics, possible workshop days) follows after the first consultation.
With private clients I work in monthly or per-session billing, in arrears. Cancellation deadline: at least 24 hours before the session.
