The frame, precisely.
Executive coaching is a professional frame in which a non-invested professional helps you think through your own leadership situations, your decisions, team dynamics, relationships and direction.
It is not business mentoring (you know your own field better), and not therapy (we do not work with your past). The frame is about your current leadership situation, and about using your own patterns consciously and flexibly.
On one side of the conversation I draw on 30+ years of leadership and senior leadership experience (Medicover board, leadership development direction); on the other on my HR & MANAGER Service, ICF Advanced and KRE Supervisor-Coach training.

This is for you if

§ 03 · Process
How we work.
- 01
Assessment
Structured intake conversation (90 minutes) plus Facet5, DISC, BM, MV360 as needed. Triangulation with the sponsor in B2B contexts.
- 02
Action plan
3-5 measurable development goals for the next 3-6 months. With concrete behavioural indicators, not general slogans.
- 03
Development
8-12 coaching sessions (60 minutes) on a 2-4 week rhythm. "Real situation" assignments between sessions, e-mail contact as needed.
- 04
Review
In the closing session we review the action plan together. On request a follow-up MV360 or a 3-month check-in.
