§ 01 · Entry points

Two different paths, one attention.

Whether you arrive as a leader or as a private client, the same person decides, connects and gets lost. My work is to hold a safe and focused space for thinking it through. One profession, two perspectives.

For leaders & organisations

The system behind the leadership decision.

I support leaders in authentic, effective leadership through a cognitive and emotionally focused approach. I work with psychometric assessments (Facet5, DISC, MV360) and measurable development action plans.

  • Individual and team coaching
  • Executive supervision
  • Science-based assessments, measurable outcomes

As a private client

A safe space to understand emotions, relationships and life situations. Reflective coaching, ultra-brief therapeutic approach and emotionally focused couples therapy.

  • Online mental health counselling
  • Couples therapy with EFT
  • Individual emotionally focused work (EFIT)

§ 02 · Method

Four pillars, one attention.

The methods are tools that reinforce each other. The starting point is what you bring, not the method itself.

Detailed method
  • I

    Reflective coaching

Awareness of inner patterns, new perspectives in self-knowledge and relationships.

  • II

    Ultra-brief therapy

A focused 5-8 session process. Effective and yet deeply human and personal.

  • III

    Emotionally focused approach (EFT, EFIT)

Sue Johnson's method: understanding emotional processes, building secure attachment.

  • IV

    Interprofessional supervision

Self-reflection, higher professional quality, integrity and balance.

§ 03 · About

Thirty-five years, two professions.

Full professional path

I started as a leader, not as a therapist. For thirteen years I worked in sales and management, then for two years as a board member at Medicover. I know the weight of leadership decisions from the inside.

The professional shift began around 2005. KRE Supervisor programme, ICF Advanced coach training, later EFT Core Skills and EFIT. Every training deepened the clinical direction while the leadership background remained.

Today I am section chair of the Supervisor-Coach section of the Hungarian Association of Supervisors and Supervisor-Coaches and vice-president of the Hungarian Federation of Coaching Organisations. I teach at Károli Gáspár Reformed University and the VIKOTE Cognitive Business & Life Coach programme.

I believe that we heal in our relationships, with ourselves, with our partner and with the world around us.

§ 06 · Working principles

A few principles I work by.

  • 01

    Silence does the work.

Calm is not emptiness, it is the space where the work can actually happen. Attention instead of haste.

  • 02

    Strict frame, open content.

I hold time frames and ethical codes. Within that the conversation is free and personal.

  • 03

I am in continuous professional supervision.

A professional cannot pretend to do everything right on their own. I hold a mirror to my own work continuously as well.

  • 04

If a different professional is needed, I will say so.

I am not the right answer to everything. An honest referral is also professional work.
